Bryan, owner of Scenic City Development, builds a wide variety of residential homes every year from entry level, affordable housing to luxury high end homes throughout GA and TN.
Roddy, owner of SE First Holding, LLC, has renovated and sold hundreds of homes and operates an extensive rental and vacation rental portfolio.
Roddy and Bryan saw an opportunity to build better Tiny Homes than those typically available only as “Park model RV’s” or units built on a trailer chassis.
So, they formed Cloudland Cottage to grab hold of this opportunity. Cloudland Cottage is building quality luxury homes for sale to owners who will place them on their land and also building our own Tiny Home Communities where an owner can purchase a turn-key home to live in or use as a vacation rental investment.
